📄 Refund & Subscription Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions sold via Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and managed through RevenueCat.

1. Subscription Types

Registerly offers:

  • Primary subscription (monthly/yearly)

  • Extra device add-ons

  • Loyalty program add-ons

  • Quote feature add-ons

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

2. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed by:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

We do not store your payment details.

3. Free Trial

New businesses may receive a 7 or 14-day trial, depending on administrative enrolment.

During the trial:

  • All features corresponding to your plan are available

  • You may cancel at any time before renewal

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by:

  • Apple (App Store → “Report a Problem”)

  • Google (Play Store refund process)

We cannot issue refunds directly.

You may request refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate subscriptions

  • Non-functioning services (subject to store approval)

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via:

  • App Store subscriptions settings

  • Google Play subscriptions settings

Canceling does not remove access; you retain premium features until the end of the billing period.

6. Subscription Lapse

If a subscription expires:

  • The app will restrict premium features

  • Device sessions may be logged out

  • A paywall will appear until renewed

No data is lost when a subscription lapses.

7. Invoices, Quotes & AEAT Compliance

Invoices already generated remain valid.
AEAT submissions (if enabled) may stop once subscription lapses.

8. Changes to Plans & Pricing

We may adjust prices with prior notice in the app.
